Patrick is responsible for helping to drive the company’s product strategy. He brings extensive software industry experience with a proven track record to the team – spanning nearly 30 years in both early stage and large, mature organizations. Prior to joining SIMS Software in 2019, he served as the leader of an encryption business unit for Verifone, an industry leader in point-of-sale solutions. There, he led a team that brought a new encryption product to market which was used by nearly all large payment processing companies and still protects billions of credit card transactions annually.

Earlier in his career, Patrick worked at several early-stage software companies focused on innovating new products in the financial services (payments) industry. He started his career at Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) where he spent eight years working for some of the biggest telecommunications companies in the United States.
